Front Of House Lead Supervisor

Overview

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor role.

Location:

Capri Grace Commons - W195 N9550 Rolling Meadow Circle, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. This is a full-time position with schedule details provided upon interview.

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous point of sale and serving experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
