Support the mission by pricing donations for sale on the floor. Achieve pricing goals and strategically price according to guidelines to maximize revenue. Maintain efficient flow of donations to ensure smooth customer service.

Greet and thank donors, accept donations, sort incoming items, and support the production area. Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.

Organize the sales floor, help customers locate items, and serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding service and answering questions.

Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales, and explain how purchases help someone get a job. Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.
