• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Listen carefully to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

• Guide test drives and explain key features, technology, and benefits

• Build strong relationships to create repeat and referral business

• Follow up with customers by phone, email, and text to maintain engagement

• Collaborate with management to achieve individual and team goals

• Work with internet, phone, and walk-in leads to maximize opportunities

• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand their purchase

• Introduce customers to the Service Department and promote dealership loyalty

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Enthusiasm for cars and helping people find what fits them best

• Outside sales or customer-facing experience a plus (but not required)

• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a drive to succeed

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
