Stretch Zone Sales & Practitioner Role

We’re looking for individuals passionate about exercise science, anatomy, or kinesiology who thrive in a sales‑driven, client‑focused environment
. This role combines a fitness background with a career in wellness, sales, and leadership.

Stretch Zone provides the only nationally accredited assisted stretching certification. Training includes:

• Two days of hands‑on training with a Master Practitioner.
• 30+ hours of interactive virtual training.

• Background, certification, or strong interest in exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, personal training, or a related field.
• Must complete and pass Stretch Zone’s accredited certification training.
• Hands‑on learner with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
• Strong communication and sales skills with a desire to build lasting client relationships.
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor.

• Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members using the Stretch Zone method and protocols.
• Accurately assess each member’s needs to determine appropriate stretch plans.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service in every session.
• Execute stretching consultations for prospects and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Follow up on leads and support membership growth goals.
• Assist with daily studio operations, keeping the environment clean and welcoming.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere that motivates both members and staff.

• Competitive pay: base pay plus performance‑based commissions.
• Clear advancement path from Stretch Practitioner to Sales Associate to Lead Sales Associate and Regional Manager.

• Lead or support sales efforts, ensuring new and returning clients feel valued.
• Execute stretch sessions and consultations, maintaining top‑tier client experience.
• Support new team members with onboarding and training.
• Partner with the Franchisee to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
• Close the studio, celebrate wins, and prepare for the next day.
