• Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and wants and utilize UWD’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Leverage warm, pre‑qualified leads and schedule qualified appointments.
• Participate in one‑on‑one and team coaching sessions to level up your skills.
• Travel for networking with a high‑performing sales team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (sample windows).
• Ability to learn UWD’s product line via in‑person and virtual training.
• Previous experience in sales, commission‑based sales, lead generation, the home‑improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or other customer‑service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule and the ability to adapt to business needs.
• Strong motivation to earn money, confidence in yourself, and a results‑oriented mindset.
