Wisconsin Home Improvement / Wisconsin Insulation is expanding and looking for an energetic, motivated, and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our team! If you enjoy working with homeowners and contractors to improve energy efficiency, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

• Conduct evaluations of existing homes to assess insulation needs, including attic, wall, basement rim joist (spray foam), crawlspace insulation, attic ventilation, and air sealing.
• Provide bids for insulation projects.
• Use job management software to create and present customer proposals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and general contractors.
• Conduct job site visits to oversee project progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommending effective insulation solutions.
• Strong ability to generate, manage, and follow up on your leads.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be comfortable meeting new people and building rapport quickly.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background in energy auditing, home assessments, or related fields is a plus (training available for the right candidate).
• Previous experience in sales is a plus.
• BPI certified or willing to obtain certification required.
