Compensation

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Visit businesses to introduce services and promotions.
• Build relationships, understand needs, present signage solutions.
• Maintain organized lead follow‑up system, prepare quotes, close sales.
• Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Assist with store management duties as needed.

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing, or construction industries preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer use and eager to master various software tools.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a love for building relationships.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
