What You’ll Do:

  • Lead custom formulation and new product development projects involving complex modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate customer requirements into actionable, testable specifications.
  • Design and execute testing protocols, validate raw materials, and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
  • Support manufacturing, quality, and sales teams with technical insights and recommendations.
  • Coach and mentor team members, promoting accuracy, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts within the R&D function.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in formulation chemistry or product development.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills—able to effectively engage both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous learning.
