We are in need of a Building Maintenance Technician/Handyman for our Menomonee Falls locations.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance/Handyman will own the job duties listed below:

• Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions
• Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools
• Ability to solve problems
• Drive a company vehicle safely between locations

• Plumbing experience preferred
• Light electrical repair experience
• Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus
• Proficient in use of smart devices and computers
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA compliance awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Great work ethic
• Mechanical ability
• Common sense
• Decision making
• Able to work with a team and individually

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and the safe use of ladders, tools, and equipment. Must be able to perform physical maintenance and handyman duties throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
