We believe that our Delivery Professionals are the heart and soul of our business, serving as the primary ambassadors to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Delivery Professional to join our team at our Menomonee Falls, WI Service Center.
Matthews International is a worldwide leader in casket manufacturing, providing the highest quality wood, metal and cremation caskets and other products to our funeral home customers. This position will be responsible for the delivery of new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans as well as assisting management in day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, First Shift hours. Our employees are home every afternoon.

Hours:
40+ hour work week.
Starting Pay: $25 per hour with pay increase opportunities.
- Delivering memorialization products (new caskets) to funeral homes in a company-provided truck or van.
- Preparing products for delivery and unloading products to be stored in our warehouse.
- Assisting management with additional warehouse responsibilities in a lead role.
- You will be interacting with manager on day-to-day operations and assisting with various duties.
- Provide customer service with a smile to our customers.
- NO CDL License is required.

- Previous driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous Supervisory or Lead experience in the delivery or warehouse industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a Monday - Friday shift as well as being available to work on weekends when needed.
- Must have current driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical card.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment may be high.
