Warehouse Worker

Our client, warehouse and logistics operations is seeking a Warehouse Worker 2 to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker 2, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day material handling and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: 1st
Days 6am - 4:30pm

• Receive and count stock items, recording data manually or using computer systems.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing records to physical counts, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other designated areas.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to support safety and compliance.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, or material handling roles.
• Verbal and written communication skills to support accurate recordkeeping and coordination.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Team player attitude with strong attention to detail.
