As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our guests safe and their vehicles performing at their best. You’ll be hands‑on with every vehicle and part of a team that values precision, professionalism, and care. Your day might look like:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
• Conduct multipoint inspections and communicate findings to advisors
• Conduct video inspections of the guest’s vehicle, creating transparency.
• Top off fluids, inspect filters, batteries, wiper blades, and lights
• Maintain clean work spaces and properly document services performed
• Help with shop cleanup, vehicle parking, and team support as needed
• Receive on-the-job coaching from certified technicians and shop leaders
• Build skills and confidence as you prepare for more advanced roles

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
