Service Assistant

We’re in search of a Service Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the service department running smoothly. From moving vehicles and helping customers to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you’ll support technicians, advisors, and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, the service drive, and parking areas
• Wash, vacuum, and clean vehicles as needed after service
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop, and waiting areas
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership
• Help organize and manage loaner or rental vehicles
• Run errands for the service department (e.g., parts pickup)
• Support technicians and advisors with basic tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Punctual and reliable
