We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Sales PM
- Fire Sprinkler located in Menomonie, WI.

Leverage your persuasion and relationship management skills through developing and growing a customer base. Apply your project management abilities through performing preliminary design and calculations for bid estimates, preparing pricing for materials, labor, freight, and fabrication, seeking competitive vendors to assure that Ahern’s fire protection projects are competitively bid. You will also prepare scope and quotation letters, maintain monthly estimate logs, meet with management regularly to discuss estimating backlog and due dates, participate in turnover meetings as required, and assist with follow‑up information requested by customers, assuming an active role in managing the projects in conjunction with designer and construction superintendent.

Ahern will make the most of your five plus years of fire protection contracting experience. The ideal candidate with design, sales, project management or field experience will be considered. You will stand out if you have prior experience bidding work and a strong understanding of estimating. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills; the ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

NICET certification is preferred.
