* Able to read English, speak, and talk with the public.
* Able to see clearly enough to read labels and identify objects up to 20 feet away in daylight.
* Willing to learn how to use cleaning products safely and correctly
* Willing to learn how to use, clean, and care for custodial equipment
* Willing to follow UW System, campus, and department work rules
* Willing to learn basic computer skills to fill out forms, read messages, and reply to emails
* Willing to carry and communicate using a company issued cell phone
