This role involves repair and maintenance of farm equipment, operating machinery, irrigation maintenance, and other farm duties. Responsibilities include operating equipment and working in the potato warehouse, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work area and care for tools and machinery.
• Maintain technical knowledge of all farm equipment.
• Operate agricultural machinery and work in the potato warehouse.
• Deliver mechanical parts, tools, and products around the farm.
• Adapt to various roles based on farm needs.
• Follow safety rules and policies as outlined in company manuals and employee handbook.
• Present a professional image to customers and the community.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management, emphasizing teamwork and customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned efficiently and professionally.

• Previous mechanical experience preferred.
• Previous farm operations experience preferred.
• Ability to assemble and maintain equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
