The HR Generalist supports key HR functions including benefits, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities- Conducts new employee benefit orientation sessions
- Supports employee benefit and Insurance programs
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for retail offices
- Administers leaves of absences
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years of experience in HR, focused on recruitment and benefits
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
