Mixer Technician​/Maintenance​/Receiver

2nd shift (train on 1st shift)

At Quality Liquid Feeds, our philosophy is to hire the right people, place them in the right spot, and let them do their job. We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Mixer Technician/Maintenance/Receiver to join our dynamic team at our Menomonie, WI Facility
. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our feed production process.

• Coordinate Batching Schedules and Production: Ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned timelines.
• Manufacture Products: Follow formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date.
• Ingredient Receiving: Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and/or trucks at the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized.
• Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety rules, and policies and procedures.

  Experience:
  
  Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Educational Requirements: High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
