SUMMARY:

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where quality is everything. We’re hiring a Quality Inspector II or III to support high-mix, low-volume manufacturing. This role ensures precision parts meet customer specifications through detailed inspections and accurate reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform First Article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Inspect parts to print using hand tools, CMM, and optical comparators.
• Generate inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance.
• Support FAI documentation and customer certification requirements.
• Route parts through secondary processes and ensure on-time flow to shipping.
• Communicate quality issues and status updates with internal teams.
• Follow ISO 9001 / AS9100 procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of quality inspection experience (manufacturing environment).
• Ability to operate CMM independently, modify existing programs and troubleshoot common measurement errors.
• PC-DMIS, Calypso, Keyence or similar inspection software experience.
• Blueprint reading and basic GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5).
• Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards.
• Familiarity working with metals (preferred).
