Job Overview

As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role involves greeting guests warmly, assisting servers in providing exceptional service, and managing the overall guest flow throughout the restaurant. The position offers a fun, flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant.

Compensation

Applebee’s® Hosts start at $12 per hour up to $18 per hour. Daily Pay is available in select locations (Daily Pay not available in California).

Physical Standards

Must remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must speak clearly and listen attentively. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.

Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
