Construction Laborer

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Commercial Construction Laborers & Concrete Finishers in the Menomonie. WI Area!

Schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday starting on 5/5/25. Pay rate is $25-$34/hour (DOE).

We are currently seeking experienced construction professionals to join a commercial concrete crew working on projects in the Menomonie, WI area. This is a great opportunity for skilled laborers and finishers who have a solid background in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Set and strip forms for footings, walls, slabs, and other concrete features
-Place, spread, and finish concrete using screeds, trowels (hand and power), and floats
-Tie rebar and install wire mesh for structural reinforcement
-Assist with layout using tape, laser levels, or string lines
-Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety protocols
-Work as part of a tight-knit crew to meet daily pour and finish goals

Qualifications:

-Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on concrete experience in commercial settings
-Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Dependable transportation to reach job sites
-Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
-Knowledge of finishing techniques and formwork best practices is a big plus

Preferred (but not required):
-OSHA 10 certification
-Skid steer or telehandler experience
-Concrete polishing or decorative finishing experience
