Overview

Job Title: Specialty Services Scheduler

Company: Niktor LLC

Department: Human Resources - Specialty Services

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Reports To: Manager, Service Contracts and Support Administration

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hr

Responsibilities
  • The Specialty Services Scheduler (SSS) manages the Specialty Service Technicians’ calendars to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Identify service availability with Customers, determine technician availability, and assign schedules accordingly.
  • Interact directly with Customers to address emergency concerns or schedule changes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and manage reporting.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive specialty service calls and manage contractual obligations along with one-time service requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule Customers with appropriate technicians; monitor technicians’ schedules and assign appropriate routes.
  • Update systems with correct documentation and maintain data integrity.
  • Make efficient use of technician schedules and time using mapping software.
  • Assist Customers with rescheduling appointments and troubleshooting cost-effective routes.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and adaptability on a daily basis.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is required (minimum 1 year).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience working in multiple systems at one time is preferred.
  • Effective organizational skills; strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Proficiency with software platforms:
    Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint navigation, CRM, Google Maps, and internal service databases.
