Audi Mentor, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

$28.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus available for experienced technicians.

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Ensure all estimates and work orders are accurate and comply with manufacturer standards.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

• 3+ years of dealership experience with safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork attitude.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
