. This full‑time position works 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

The Disassembly Technician plays a key role in assisting Repair Planners to identify concealed damage and support the creation of complete repair estimates.

• Pre‑scan the vehicle
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical/hydraulic window operating equipment, body panels, trim, and other necessary parts
• Micro‑bag all hardware and small parts
• Build and organize parts cart according to company standards
• Take photos of complex wire routing, component assembly, and trim/emblem location
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of automobiles is required
• At least 2 years of body shop experience
• Proper tooling for vehicle disassembly
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

• Periodic lifting and carrying over 50 pounds
• Reaching above and below shoulder level
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
• May be exposed to repetitive hand and arm motion tasks
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, high levels of dust, and noise
