We are hiring an Automotive Disassembly Technician for a full‑time position (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday). The Disassembly Technician works with Repair Planners to uncover concealed damage through a thorough disassembly process and assists with estimating repairs. The position reports to the Collision Center Manager.

Compensation: $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, vision, dental; PTO; continuing education opportunities; paid holidays; paid volunteer program; paid life insurance; and a 401(k) with company match.

• Pre‑scanning of vehicle
• Removing upholstery, accessories, electrical/hydraulic window operating equipment, body panels, trim, and any other parts needed
• Micro‑bagging all hardware and small parts
• Building and organizing parts cart according to company standards
• Taking photos of complex wire routing, component assembly, and trim/emblem location
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of automobiles required
• At least 2 years of body shop experience required
• Proper tooling for the disassembly of vehicles
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

• Periodic lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds
• Reaching above and below shoulder level
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs

• May be exposed to repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, high levels of dust and noise in repair center
