• People:
  Recruit, lead, and coach HVAC technicians and support staff. Create training that boosts technical capability and embeds safety compliance. Conduct fair, constructive performance evaluations.
• Process:
  Oversee daily service operations end-to-end—scheduling, dispatching, and field execution for service and installation work.
• Quality &
  
  Experience:
  
  Verify that every job meets company workmanship standards and drives customer satisfaction. Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Profitability:
  Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Monitor expenses and implement cost savings while protecting quality. Ensure accurate, on‑time billing.
• Risk & Compliance:
  Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Enforce policies and keep current with industry codes and best practices.

• Hands‑on experience managing HVAC service operations or similar.
• Leadership that motivates, develops, and holds teams accountable.
• Clear, empathetic communicator with strong customer service instincts.
• Financial savvy for budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Service Titan experience desired.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a fast‑moving environment; comfortable working independently and within teams.
