The Classic Clean Auto Wash , part of the renowned Classic Auto Group , is seeking Full-Time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Mento, Ohio .

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Educate customers on wash packages, services, and benefits
• Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor system
• Perform pre-wash visual inspections of vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure vacuums are operational, trash is emptied, and equipment is maintained
• Power wash interior walls and equipment as needed
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
