An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters subleasing optometrist, either as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated doctor manages the doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice based on your professional discretion and agreement with the subleasing doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling, including part-time options or adding hours to an existing practice
• Work in a fully furnished office equipped with the latest digital eye examination technology, such as Clarifye
• Access to advanced diagnostic tools like the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System, with full tech and pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment booking and patient recall systems
