Job Overview

Optometrist-Mentor, OH-Lens Crafters (Mentor, Ohio, 44060) – Eyes On Eyecare. This role is a Casual Part‑Time Associate Optometrist position within a Lens Crafters Subleasing practice.

• Provide high‑quality optometric care in a private practice setting, working under an Affiliated Doctor.
• Exercise professional autonomy within the scope of practice, based on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Utilize full suite of OD equipment, including Clarifye eye‑examination technology and, where available, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Manage patient appointments using the automated online appointment booking and recall system.
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor to negotiate practice model, pay, and hours.

Salary:
Based on experience. May include bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
