We’re looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced Lead Pre‑School Teacher who loves working with young children and thrives on guiding them as they explore, discover, and learn.

As our Lead Pre‑School Teacher, you’ll create an engaging and structured classroom experience for children ages 4–5. You’ll inspire curiosity, foster independence, and encourage positive social interactions—all while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Encourage social‑emotional growth and self‑regulation skills
• Support children in expressing emotions and needs in healthy ways
• Incorporate diverse teaching strategies to reach all learners
• Lead daily routines, circle time, and hands‑on learning activities
• Maintain strong, open communication with families
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom space
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high‑quality standards
• Model professionalism and uphold the Early Childhood Education (ECE) code of ethics

• CDA Certification or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience with preschool‑aged children
• Knowledge of child development and positive guidance techniques
• Familiarity with Creative Curriculum (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and passionate about early learning
