City Year Ameri Corps members provide coaching and mentoring to students across elementary to high school levels, helping them achieve academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors. Members work with teachers on in-class support and monitor individual progress using City Year’s data system.
Training is provided (2–4 weeks) and members work with partner teachers and school staff throughout the year to support student growth and engagement.
