The Project Manufacturing Engineer II supports the deployment of new manufacturing projects and process improvements within assigned facilities. This role focuses on implementing new equipment, processes, and automation technologies while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Support and manage assigned engineering project tasks from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide hands‑on technical expertise in PLC programming, robotics integration, and automation troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and modifying engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during all phases of project work.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address technical and operational challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress updates, and reports for project stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations.
• Assist with training operators, technicians, and junior team members on new processes, robotics, and automation systems.
• Support vendor and contractor coordination, including equipment evaluations and performance oversight.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Occasional travel required (up to 25–40%).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project implementation, or process improvement.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automation technologies.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies preferred.

Pay range: USD $84,315.00 / yr – $ / yr. Salary depends on location and qualifications.
