BIM Coordinator

Summary

Cleveland Construction is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team to assist with implementing BIM technology. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Review 3D models from consultants and contractors
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navis Works Manage or similar software
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
• Early design review and constructability analysis
• Manage/update BIM project documents
• 3D model quantity extraction / verification
• 4D scheduling/simulation using Autodesk Navis Works

• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navis Works, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
• Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Construction/Architecture or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• 3+ years in the AEC industry
• BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology

• Procore/Autodesk knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Autodesk Revit, Navis Works, AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of uploading and managing web-based document storage
