  Qualifications:
  
  Professional Engineer (PE) license mandatory
• Salary Range: $100K‑$135K, plus year‑end bonus
• Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the VP of the US Central Market
• Interview Process: 2 total interviews (1) Virtual interview (2) Onsite interview

• Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, focusing on both low and high voltage systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting electrical construction drawings
• Experience with bid document preparation for various projects including New Buildings, Renovations, Pump Stations, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, and Roadway Lighting
• Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines including Architectural, Mechanical, Structural, and Process Engineering
• Skilled in site visits for investigating and recording existing conditions
• Capacity to analyze existing and proposed electrical loads, sizing electrical services, feeders, and branch circuits
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach
• Self‑starter with strong self‑motivation and the ability to drive projects forward independently
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards implementing innovative ideas and procedures
