The vision of Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division is to be the global leader in the design, development, manufacture, and service of engine fuel, lubrication, and thermal management systems and components for aerospace/defense and industrial applications. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be responsible for learning and supporting ME activities related to dispositioning material discrepancy reports, work instruction updates, procedure/drawing updates, tooling/fixture design and organization (physical and database), data collection and analysis, and other Engineering activities that support Operations.

• Disposition parts written up on material discrepancy reports. Creates reports identifying MRB trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifies and updates drawings / procedures / work instructions to clarify and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Works with production cells and Engineering to assess needs for safety, 5S, and process improvements related to process development and tooling.
• Collects and analyzes data to aid in focused problem solving.
• Provides support to Engineering team to resolve TIB issues and anything impacting daily engineering needs.

• GED or HS diploma
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Blueprint reading and Component Maintenance Manual familiarization.
• Demonstrated active participation in team meetings, project teams, improvement efforts.
• Broad process experience including inspection, machining, flow test desired.
• Use of hand inspection tools.
• Use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Level 1 Inspector / Repairman preferred.
• Interest in learning and growing completing technical degree and growing into an Engineer role.
