About Our Clinic Services:

Accountabilities For The Physical Therapist
- Provide ongoing treatment to assigned caseload.
- Document, monitor, analyze, and report students’ progress and effects of treatment regularly in conjunction with school deadlines and procedures.
- Conduct educationally relevant evaluations and report findings within Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs).
- Write educationally relevant therapy goals and relevant student information background information within Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs).
- Attend and report evaluation findings and therapy recommendations in family‑friendly language during IEP and ETR meetings.
- Contribute to building a positive, supportive, and learning culture through collaboration and ongoing communication between school personnel and families.
- Maintain and document ongoing therapy minutes and report due‑dates.
- Complete necessary Medicaid billing in conjunction with school deadlines and procedures.
- Master’s/Doctor’s degree from an accredited college or university program of Physical Therapy.
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Completed FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire).
- Current Ohio Department of Education Certification (can be completed upon hire).
- Professional Liability Insurance, recommended by the governing body.
- Positive and goal‑oriented, willing to accept the challenge of new assignments and be able to work well with others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and safe working practices.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations.
