ABA Therapy Supervisor (BCBA) Hybrid Position

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Little Acorn ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to our clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Provide ABA therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including home, school, and clinic environments
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and training sessions with clients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, billing, and data collection
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually
