Join our dynamic team in Mentor, Ohio as a Staffing Specialist! We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, engaging, and managing candidates. This rewarding career opportunity also involves the cultivation and nurturing of strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage job postings across a variety of platforms to attract top talent.
• Utilize multiple channels to source and recruit candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified individuals.
• Conduct thorough interviews, both over the phone and in person, to assess candidate suitability.
• Ensure compliance with pre-screening procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
• Attend On-site Client meetings for tour/walk through of the facility to gain a better understanding of the desired type of candidates to present.
• Present exceptional candidates to clients, showcasing their skills and potential.
• Identifies and works to resolve customer/employee related issues with high sense of urgency, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Coordinate tours and orientations at client locations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.
