Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Own divisional supply chain dashboards and standard KPI definitions (PPI, SLISC, SRPPM, OTP/OTR, Inventory).
  • Drive spend analytics and contract compliance; partner with Sourcing on ensuring spend data is reviewed for deflation opportunities.
  • Act as the Divisional Subject Matter Expert in all key supply chain tools.
  • Work with Business Development to develop, organize and interpret demand forecast across the supply chain, monitoring trends as part of the SIOP demand process.
  • Perform analysis regarding key supply chain metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities within the Division.
  • Provide training to division users on supply chain applications and tools.
  • Participate on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum four‑year bachelor’s degree (Business Analytics or Supply Chain preferred).
  • 2 or more years of experience within operations / supply chain / IT disciplines with a strong focus on analytics.
  • Ability to develop, analyze and interpret data providing summarized insights to drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Proficiency with Parker‑approved supply chain platforms (ERP/S2P/SRM) and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel), plus working SQL for data extraction and modeling.
  • Experience driving change management, stakeholder influence, and training enablement.
  • Familiarity with data governance, controls, and cybersecurity preferred.
