Bru Ziv Partners LLC is seeking a dedicated Landscaping & Snow Removal professional to serve as Director of Ground Services based in Mentor, OH. The role oversees daily operations, manages sales, trains crews, and ensures quality and safety compliance.

Pay: $70k – $80k per year

• Manage all company operations crews and job schedules.
• Procure resources and maintain budgets: labor, equipment, materials.
• Ensure crews work within safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Train employees on proper landscaping and snow removal tasks.
• Maintain equipment, report when repairs or replacements are needed.

• Minimum of 5 years bidding for landscape (hardscape & softscape) and snow removal jobs.
• 10+ years snow-plowing experience with trucks, dump trucks, skid steers, loaders.
• 7+ years leading crews of 6–10 members in lawn care and snow removal assignments; references required.
• 5+ years repairing diverse equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, power tools, blowers, snow blowers, leaf vacuums, salt spreaders, snow rakers, skid steers, trucks, dump trucks.
• Self‑motivated with excellent attendance and growth mindset.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and job requirements.
• Excellent communication with crews, customers, and coworkers.
• Experience in all areas of landscaping work.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background check and maintain clean driving record.

• 8–10 hour shift, Monday to Friday (snow removal includes weekends).
• Multiple locations:
  Mentor, Ohio;
  Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio;
  Akron area.
