We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in our Mentor, OH facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operations staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Launch new products on time and on budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
