- Review and retrieve required inventory parts based on schematics, drawings, or work instructions.
- Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
- Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met.
- Report any deficiencies to the Department Lead.
- Follow departmental processes to ensure ISO compliance.
- Possess basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Use small hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
- Apply basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate discrepancies to the Department Lead.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the workplace environment and safety conditions.
- Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.
- Attend work regularly and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Participate in all required training and departmental meetings.
- Other essential duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machinery, tools, and quality control procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read diagrams and understand basic electrical and mechanical concepts.
