• Review and retrieve required inventory parts based on schematics, drawings, or work instructions.
• Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
• Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met.
• Report any deficiencies to the Department Lead.
• Follow departmental processes to ensure ISO compliance.
• Possess basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Use small hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
• Apply basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate discrepancies to the Department Lead.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve the workplace environment and safety conditions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.
• Attend work regularly and promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in all required training and departmental meetings.
• Other essential duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use small hand tools.
• Adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machinery, tools, and quality control procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read diagrams and understand basic electrical and mechanical concepts.
