The Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient production and packaging of Bonded and Woven Strapping while following all Customer requirements and Safety and Company Policies and Procedures.

• Rotating 2,2,3 schedule, 7:00am-7:00pm
• Rotating 4 on 4 off, 7:00pm-7:00am

• Replenish creel stands and adhesives
• Monitor/adjust Bonding and Weaving processes
• Tie ends
• Adjust line tensions
• Start up and shut down lines as needed
• Ensure product meets order specifications
• Complete production paperwork
• Exceed all Safety standards
• Meet all Quality requirements
• Cleans and maintains equipment when applicable
• Uses product specifications to set up equipment to manufacture product
• Transfer coils in process from the machine
• Package coils

• Strong work ethic

• Communication skills
• Basic understanding of adhesives and yarns
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as necessary
