• Ability to print, cut, weed, and package digital products
• Operate light printing machinery
• Learn all aspects of Digital including machines
• Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned

• Good verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and be on his/her feet most of the shift
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality‑minded
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
