LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our staff.

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
• Long Term Care Experience preffered but not required.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and state policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
