About the Director of Nursing Position
As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead, and manage the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care for our residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
- State nursing license (RN, LPN/LVN).
- Driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Base pay varies by experience. Full‑time employees may earn an annual bonus and referral bonuses. Temporary staff are not eligible for benefits but may join the 401(k) plan.
Veterans, active‑duty military, and spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance naturalization fees (up to $725) for qualified employees with at least one year of service.
