Every day the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will act as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lb; occasional lifting up to 32 lb and rarely 50 lb.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
  1), 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• One or more years of minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
