Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) role at Care Core Health LLC
Care Core at Mentor is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who thrives on nights and enjoys providing guidance and support to nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care.
Schedule- Night shift (Weekends) 7pm-7am
- Supervise nursing staff during weekend night shifts
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide clinical support and guidance to floor staff
- Monitor resident care, documentation, and safety
- Act as a resource for staff and address concerns as they arise
- Communicate effectively with on‑call leadership as needed
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience required
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
