Base pay will be determined by applicant skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers advancement of naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of employment.

Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply rooms, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
- LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
