Night Shift Supervisor; LPN or RN No Weekends

Care Core at Mentor is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who thrives on nights and enjoys providing guidance and support to nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care.

• Night shift 7pm–7am. No weekends.

• Supervise nursing staff during night shifts
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide clinical support and guidance to floor staff
• Monitor resident care, documentation, and safety
• Act as a resource for staff and address concerns as they arise
• Communicate effectively with on-call leadership as needed

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
• Strong leadership and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
